I have over 20 years experience in the medical industry as a health care provider (Physical Therapy) and Medical Product Management Expert.


Hauring Inc. founded in 2019 is a Medical Product Management firm. We specialize in developing Product/Market fit for smaller medical device companies. Medical device businesses that don’t prove product/market fit early in their lifecycle will not achieve their potential. The core idea of product/market fit is that you need a value hypothesis or a theoretical business model for a product or service before you launch it.

To create the value hypothesis you need to identify what problem you are solving or what job you are helping a clearly defined customer do.

Do you have answers to the following questions that you can articulate in a minute or less?

What problem is your product or service solving? For who?

How is your solution new or different than other options available to the target customer?

How will they find out about your solution and do you have confidence that they have both the desire and ability to purchase from you?

Do you understand how all the financial incentives work in the value chain?
